Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc this wine is a wonderful example of how the Cotes de Blaye has the perfect ‘terroir’ for wine making. The climate is favourable in slowing the ripening on the vine, allowing the grape more time to develop a balance between its acidity and sugar levels. This wine shows flavours of peach and citrus fruits, giving the wine the typical “zesty” Sauvignon flavour.
